It took 10 minutes to reach Bay 183 on foot. I got free upgrade and greatly enjoyed it. Handy base for a weekend in Byblos.

I had a wonderful stay! The beach, gardens and pools are beautiful, and the rooms are modern and clean. The breakfast buffet is also delicious. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's location by the beach.

This amazing hotel is located by the beach and offers 3 beautiful swimming pools surrounded by stunning gardens. The rooms are modern and nicely decorated, with some being equipped with a patio facing the pool or a balcony with sea views and a roof terrace. The bathroom is superb and cleaning staff are thorough. The breakfast, served in a restaurant overlooking the beach, is excellent with a wide variety of options.
Some staff members, especially beach staff, were reportedly unavailable and not friendly, according to some reviews.

The room had a nice view of the sea and the decor was modern. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the location was convenient for exploring the city.
The staff was unfriendly and unresponsive. We had issues with the air conditioning and it took multiple attempts to get it fixed.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff and escorted to our exclusive room, which offered stunning seaside views. The room was elegantly designed and equipped with luxurious amenities, catering to our every need. We enjoyed the private facilities, including the pool and gardens, as well as the beautiful nearby scenery. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a wide selection of delicious foods to choose from.
Some minor issues arose during our stay; the service from beach staff could have been more attentive and friendly.

The pools, beach, and gardens are stunning and well-kept. It's a great location for a city break, only a short walk away from the town center and local attractions. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I also enjoyed the beautiful ocean views from my room, which was spacious and clean.
Some staff members were unhelpful and rude, particularly the beach staff, who were often unavailable. The prices were quite high, especially considering the lack of atmosphere and food/drink available.
